A Bounty License

This quest has a prerequisite: I Want to be a Bounty Hunter 

Starts with the Police Chief in the DC Enforcers




Talk to the Police Chief until he tells you he needs a recommendation.
Go and see the Mayor, kill 10 Popstar protesters for him.
Reward: 10,000 XP and a Recommendation Letter
Give this to the Chief. You then have your Bounty License. Go back and see Orguk Hungr for part 2 of the quest.
