Objective: Sign the Bounty Form. Talk to the Police Chief again.
Reward: 1,000 XP
Next: Talk to the Police Chief until he tells you he needs a recommendation
Objective: Go and talk to the Mayor.
Reward: 1,000 XP
Objective Kill 10 Popstar Protestors.
Reward: 10,000 XP and a Letter of Recommendation.
Objective: Return and talk to the Police Chief.
Reward: 5,000 XP
