On Outwar you are able to make alliances with other players as well as making them your enemies. You are also able to sort your top 5 allies to be shown on your profile.
As a crew leader you can make alliances or enemies between your crew and others.
You can not attack allies of your character or your crew.
If you somehow do, kindly report it via Outwar's support.
