There is no Bank any more with the new system. There is only a Vault and Crew Vault.

(The bank is a great way to hold lots of money and keep it. If your money is not in the bank it is vulnerable to theft by attacking players. When another player attack you, they don't only steal supplies but also your money! The best place to keep your money safe is the bank!. You're default amount of money you can keep in the bank is $60,000,000; but you can increase that amount in the treasury. Currently not available.)
