Objective: Find Frank
Solution: Walk to the other side of the training grounds, Frank can be found there

Talk To Frank
Objective: Kill 10 Lazy Guards, 10 Eager Guards
Solution: Go to headquarters and kill them, 2 spawn cycles
Reward: 100 Experience

Go Back and talk to Bob
Objective: Take a note to Frank. Afterwards, go back and talk to Bob for your reward.
Reward: 100 Experience and Battle Uniform Helmet

Overall Reward
