This is a Guide Quest, it leads you to other quests you can do.
Step1: Talk to Gangsta James at Soundweaver Academy.
Objective: Go across the street and speak with Wendell Cunningham right inside the Holy Cathedral. She is a strange woman... needs help getting some documents signed.
Reward: 500 Experience, and a task to help with Detective Files quest.
Objective: Talk to Gangsta James after completing the quest,
Reward: 500 Experience
Step2: Talk to Gangsta James.
Objective: Very good. Now we must earn favor with the local police. Go see Officer Thompson in the DC Enforcers building.
Reward: 500 Experience, and a task to help with Rancid Bounty quest.
Objective: Talk to Gangsta James after completing the quest,
Reward: 500 Experience
Step3: Talk to Gangsta James.
Objective: Go see Officer Crockett in Dominic's Restaurant. I already gave him the word you are on you way and he will be expecting you.
Reward: 500 Experience, and a task to help with Rancid Camp Gone too Far quest.
Step4: Talk to Gangsta James.
Objective: Well, I heard the mayor himself mentioned your name the other day. Head to the City Hall and introduce yourself to the Mayor.
Reward: 500 Experience, and a task to help with Mayor's Quest quest.
Step5: Talk to Gangsta James.
Objective: Now head on over and talk to Viper Vicky at Chuggers Palace Bar, she is losing money over there and needs your help right away.
Reward: 500 Experience, and a task to help with Losing Business quest.
Step6: Talk to Gangsta James.
Objective: Diamond City's best DJ is having some problems with his equipment. Go see DJ Pullout in Fat Tony's Night Club. The music must go on!
Reward: 500 Experience, and a task to help with Remix Equipment quest.
Step7: Talk to Gangsta James.
Objective: Go ask one of the Hoodrats at The Foundry, they will show you where the undead is.
Reward: 500 Experience, and a task to help with Ghouls quest.
Step8: Talk to Gangsta James.
Reward: 30,000 Experience.
Objective: Head to the Diamond City Coliseum and talk with Cherry Blazed. She is one of Diamond Cities most popular stars and she knows a lot of people. If anyone can get a lead on where Maglious is, it's her. She hangs out right inside the Coliseum.

Objective: I will introduce you to my recent fans in Diamond City, one of them may give you a clue. Go see the Police Chief in the DC Enforcers building, he was the last one I saw.
Reward: Task to help with A Bounty License? quest.
Step10: Talk to Cherry Blazed.
Objective: Go talk to Allesandra in Chuggers Palace Bar. I saw her the other day, she is a hard working lady and may know the name Maglious.
Reward: Task to help with Necessary Deeds quest.
