Competitive League

The Competitive League (CL) is the now-defunct original form of the Outwar game. This game, governed by rounds lasting 1 month each, ran from November, 2002 until February, 2005. In this style, each player's account was reset at the beginning of each round. Players would then compete through the round to try to have the most money at the close of the round (usually midnight EST on the last day of the month). Experience was also important, and was only gained by having someone click your link. The player in each class with the most Outwar money (out of bank and not in items) was awarded a real-life prize.
