Start: Talk to Wendell Cunningham in Holy Cathedral
Objective: Get the Detective Files signed by the DC Detective and bring it back.
Solution: Talk to DC Detective on the street right before the entrance of the Cathedral. He will now sign the DC Detective File. After they are signed bring them back to Wendell Cunningham.
Reward: 2000 exp
