In order to start this quest you have to have completed the quests Item Search, More Item Search, Necessary Deeds, and Critical Deeds, then talk to Susan Tony in the Drunken Clam.

Part 1: She requests that you kill 80 Spectres in the Holy Cathedral.
Reward: 7,000 Exp.

Part 2: She requests that you kill 80 Wraiths in the Court of the Despised.
Reward: 7,000 Exp.

Part 3: She requests for you to retrieve 10 "documents" from the Pick Pockets in the Coliseum.
Reward: 7,000 Exp.

Part 4: She requests that you obtain 10 data tapes from the Hardened Criminals in the Mastermind Headquarters.
Reward: 7,000 Exp.

Part 5: She requests that you take the tapes to Professor Schintazki in the Smoldering Caverns.
Reward: 1,000 Exp.

Part 6: Head back to Susan Tony where she will ask you to head to the second level of the Mastermind Headquarters to kill 100 Conspirators.
Reward: Rage potion (to use on the quest) and 7,000 Exp.

Part 7: She then requests that you head to Monster Alley and kill 80 Fantasms.
Reward: 7,000 Exp.

Part 8: Go to see Allesandra at the Chugger's Palace Bar. She will ask you to dispose of the 100 Large Rats located in the Holy Cathedral and the Foundry (and pretty much anywhere you see them).
Reward: Rage potion (to use on the quest) and 7,000 Exp.

Part 9: Obtain 20 X-Ray guns from the X-Ray Doctors at the Emergency Room.
Reward: 7,000 Exp.

Part 10: Obtain 30 Anti-Monster Pamphlets from the Enthusiasts at the Coliseum.
Reward: 7,000Exp.

Part 11: Report back to Susan, then kill 20 Ken Dral Evocationists.
Reward: 1,000 Exp for going back to Susan, then 15,000 Exp. for killing the Evocationists.

total reward: 2 rage potions and 80k exp
