Starts with Orguk Hungr in the Drunken Clam.

Part 1. Talk to Orguk Hungr, and then kill him.
Talk to him again and he will tell you to bring back fat tonys head.
Spawn fat tony. Talk to fat tony. then take on his 3 bodyguards, then kill fat tony until his head drops off.
Return to Orguk Hungr and talk to him

Reward: 20,000 experience!
Thanks kid, too bad you can't collect on that without a bounty license. I'll turn this one in while you get your license from the Police Chief.

You can then start the quest A Bounty License
