Go to Cement Block Company and spawn Zugzug who will ask you to bring him 1 of each item: Jemima's Recipe, dropped by Drowned Crooks; Bisquick, Milk, and Eggs, which are dropped by Hydro Lyricist Popmages. Once you have all of these go back to Cement Block Company and spawn Zugzug to receive 5000 exp and a Zug Zug Cement Shield.
