Loan collection
Level 20 quest starts with Loan shark in Blackheart's bank. You will have to talk to him twice.
Talk to The Casino Owner in Underground Casino and receive A Stack of Cash. Talk to loan Shark. Catch up to the owner in front of rallis waterway. Catch up to him again on other side of stizzy waterway. Talk to loan shark. Talk to vault guard (same room). Talk to loan shark.
Reward: 45,000 xp
Campaign Finances
Talk to the loan shark. Talk to Council Member Pedro in city hall 4 times. Hit vault guards and security guards until you get their notes. Talk to Pedro. Reward: 25,000 xp. Talk to Loan Shark. Talk to vault guard.
Reward:20,000 xp.
Lost Gold
Talk to Trent Blackheart twice. Talk to Council Member Pedro, then kill him. Talk to Trent Blackheart. Go to the Sunken Boat and attack the treasure chest. Talk to Trent Blackheart. Talk to Undead Captain in Sunken Boat. Talk to Trent Blackheart. Kill ALL mobs in sunken boat until you have 40 pieces of lost gold. Talk to Trent Blackheart.
Reward: 60,000xp
Undead Curse
Talk to Undead Pirate Captain. Talk to Trent Blackheart. Kill all the Undead Pirates in the bank. Talk to Blackheart. Kill all the undead pirates in the bank. Talk to Blackheart. Talk to Warlock in the mystical Forge. Talk to Trent Blackheart. Kill trent Blackheart. Talk to Undead captain in Sunken Boat.
Reward: 65,000xp and an Undead Captain's Boots
