Solution: Go to where the Green Beret Recruits were, and kill Green Beret Seargents. 2 spawn cycles
Reward: 100 experience, Battle Uniform Vest, DC Pass. Lt. Longstock's Note
Proceed to DC and move to Dusty Glass Tavern and talk to Barkeep Jonny
