He asks you to find both parts of diamond city map. The bottom part is dropped by Mind Composers (Sound Lab and Concert Hall).
The top part is dropped by A High Roller (Underground Casino).
Take both parts to Shamen Xin Tok in Rancid's Wasteland Camp.
He will give you a diamond city map.
Take it to Baron Warsaw to complete the quest.
