Mini Epic

Added in 2006, the Mini-Epic quest allows a much wider amount of Outwar players to gain the Shield of Aces - along with the huge amount of experience (a total of 149,500 experience) the quest rewards. The quest however is extremely time consuming and will keep you focused primarily on the quest for at least 2-3 days.

What the Quest Awards

The Mini-Epic quest is one of the most rewarding quests available on Outwar. Although the Shield of Aces doesn't have the same comparative strength in modern day Outwar, the experience received is nothing to be snuffed at. Additionally, players will have to complete the Mini-Epic quest in order to attain the Reforged Sacred Blade of the Order.

Misc: Needed to complete the Reforged Sacred Blade of the Order Quest.

Quest Guide

- Talk to Runyan in the drunken clam. Talk to the Pitt Boss (in the poker room) twice. Kill Malcolm spawn time is 10-11 min 200 rage each attack. (by the entrance of the waterway next to Rallis fisherman) until he drops the poker chip shipment (this may take a while). Talk to the Pitt Boss. Reward:1,500 Experience

- Talk to the Pit Boss again. Spawn Bruno (found in the boathouse), talk to him, then kill Water Drakes (found in the boat house and sunken boat) until they drop Bruno's briefcase. Spawn Bruno and talk to him again. Reward: 3,000 Experience.

- Talk to the Pit Boss. Kill 500 Criminal Masterminds, found in the poker room (200 rage each attack"). Talk to the Pit Boss. Reward: 20,000 Experience.

- Talk to the Kingpin in the hypnotic lounge. Talk to Ricky Smalls (also in the hypnotic lounge). Kill Tommy K in the tinker shop until he drops the blueprints (500 rage each attack). Talk to Ricky Smalls. Receive a charged device. Talk to the kingpin. Reward: 5000 Experience and a Deck of Cards

- Talk to Magic Nick (in the same room as the Pitt Boss). Kill 1000 Criminal Masterminds. Reward:20,000 Experience.

- Kill Ken'Dral Warlocks, Evocators, Summoners and Warders until they drop one of each ace (hearts, clubs, spades and diamonds), all mobs drop all aces. Talk to Magic Nick. Reward: Shield of Aces View Stats!and 100,000 Experience
