Start: talk to him in city hall

kill: 6 two toned Bandits (lvl 39)

location: concert hall, cement block company return to him and he'll ask to kill him (lvl 55) ! takes 2000 rage to atk and it’s pretty hard to kill !


Edit: I took it on level 25 (I just added the lvl I took it.Different poster on first)
