1) Talk to "Dark Seer" in the Concert Hall (Room 236)

2) Talk to "Baron Warsaw" In The Drunken Clam (Room 377)

So the Seer sent you? I remember Mahamoti..
I was one of the adventurers who banished him long ago.
The staff we used to banish him is the only thing capable of bringing him back.
The staff of Immolation was broken apart and scattered throughout Diamond City.
To get the staff to summon Mahamoti, you must collect its pieces.
Locate the Shaft at the Sound Labratory, the headpiece in the Concert Hall,
and the hilt at the Cement Block Company.
After you have gathered all the pieces take them to Jack the Blacksmith to be reassembled.
3) Collect:
Headpiece of Immolation(Rockstar Ensemble)
Shaft of Immolation(Diseased Evocator)
Hilt of Immolation(Hardened Criminal)
4) Talk to Jack the Blacksmith in the Foundry (Room 1195)

Take this back to Baron Warsaw. I'm sure he will want to take a look.

5) Talk to Baron Warsaw in The Drunken Clam (Room 377)

7) Talk to "Dark Seer" in the Concert Hall (Room 236)
