So they are looking into this. Oh, yeah I have a few of those Power Converters, not sure if it's the type he's looking for... but here you go keep me informed about what happens.

Ohh good, I'm glad you came back, while you were gone there was a small glitch... Well... we overloaded our equipment, something about those power cells is beyond our understanding, all though they overloaded our system, there still wasn't enough power to get BioTech Scanner working.
So we need replacement parts for pretty much everything you got us before. Sorry about that, but I think we have it right now.
