So basically if you do not have a quest in this quest line in your log, but you have been working on the quest:
If you have one of the items listed in your quest backpack, go to the next step. for example if you have the Crate of Colsor Liver, go talk to Ivander Din
If you do not have one of these items, try talking to Bando Tan or Emot Tor.
If neither of these helps, then file a ticket asking to get your quest reset, please be sure to include information about what you last remember doing in this quest line.

Todd's Errands

Part 1

Talk to Barkeep Jonny in Dusty Glass Tavern. (optional step letting you know about Eyes of Burn)

Part 2

Talk to Todd Shoe (Found in Sandawa, Eyes of Burn).
Get 10 Colsor Meat (dropped by Colsors, Eyes of Burn Sands).

Part 3

Go back and talk to Todd Shoe.
Get 20 Skider Meat (dropped by Skiders, Eyes of Burn Sands).

Part 4

Go back and talk to Todd Shoe.
Get 20 more Skider Tongue, 5 Pink Skider Brain, 10 Colsor Liver, and 5 Colsor Heart
Dropped by the same mobs as in the previous 2 steps.
Talk to Todd Shoe.

Reward: 100,000 experience!
Crate of Meat

Nedim's Crisis

Part 1

Turn the Crate of Meat into Nedim Bintrin (Tuntentian Service Wing).

Part 2

Talk to Don Strump (Surpenwa).

Part 3

Talk to Nedim Bintrin (Tuntentian Service Wing)

Part 4

Talk to Don Strump (Sudernwa), then kill him. Receive a Crate of Supplies

Part 5

Show the Crate of Supplies to Nedim Bintrin (Tuntentian Service Wing).

Reward: 100,000xp

Jokes Practical and More

Part 1

Turn the Crate of Supplies into Lought Tor (Great Hall Room 5049).
Kill Squals (Eyes of Burn Canyon)until you have 20 Squal Wings.

Part 2

Talk to Lought Tor (Great Hall), receive a crate of juicy napkins.
Turn it in to Nedim Bintin (Tuntentian Service Wing).

Part 3

Talk to Tuntentian Chef (Tuntentian Service Wing).

Part 4

Talk to Lought Tor (Great Hall).
Get a D150 from Todd Shoe (Sandawa).

Part 5

Talk to Bill Golden (Lamenwa).
Get 10 Dunk Skin from Dunk (Groton Caves).

Part 6

Talk to Bill Golden (Lamenwa).
Get 5 more Dunk Skin from Dunk (Groton Caves).
Turn all 15 Dunk Skins and the D150 into Bill Golden (Lamenwa).
Receive a Crate of Bread and Milk.
Show it to Todd Shoe (Sandawa), give it to Tuntentian Chef (Tuntentian Service Wing).

Part 7

Talk to Lought Tor (Great Hall).
Talk to Shiney Dancers (Eyes of Burn Road just below Fabrindo).
Talk to Bill Golden (Lamenwa).
Get 10 Squal Egg from Squal (Eyes of Burn Canyons).
Turn them in to Bill Golden (Lamenwa). Receive D300.

Part 8

Talk to Shiney Dancers (Eyes of Burn Road).
Talk to Lought Tor (Great Hall).
Reward: 100,000 experience, Message for Rindo

The Needs of Research

Part 1

Give the Message for Rindo to Rindo Tan (Sundernian).
Kill Gnawlers (Eyes of Burn Mountains) until you get 50 Kiro of Titanoclasim.

Part 2

Talk to Rindo Tan (Sundernian).
Kill Kalter (Eyes of Burn) until you get 20 Kiro of Kalter Fluid.

Part 3

Talk to Rindo Tan (Sundernian).
Talk to Prof. Schintazki (Special Lab, Smoldering caverns).
Receive a Prof. List o'Supplies. Give this to Mr. Peters (Fat Tony's Nightclub).

Part 4

Talk to Prof. Schintazki (Special Lab, Smoldering caverns).
Collect 5 Green Power Cell and 10 Circuit from Mech Aracnor, Mech Gnathsomold, Mech Nudibra in Smoldering caverns.
Receive a Inter-Polar Ion Matrix from Prof. Schintazki (Special Lab).
Trade it to Mr. Peters for a Crate of Things.

Part 5

Turn the Crate of Things in to Prof. Schintazki (Special Lab, Smoldering caverns).
Reward: 100,000 experience, Results in a Case

Part 1

Give the Results in a Case to Rindo Tan (Sundernian).
Get 30 Kiro of Magchew Ore from Magchew (Eyes of Burn).

Part 2

Talk to Rindo Tan (Sundernian).

Talk to Lought Tor ( Great Hall).

Kill mobs in Lukent until you get a Lought's Plans.

Part 3

Turn Lought's Plans in to Rindo Tan (Sundernian).
Talk to Fabrindo Foreman (Fabrindo).
Talk to Rindo Tan (Sundernian).
Talk to Geeto Tor (Tuntentian Administrative Wing).
Receive a Case o'Money.

Part 4

Turn the Case o'Money in to Fabrindo Foreman (Fabrindo).
Receive a Half o'Crate. Turn this in to Rindo Tan (Sundernian).
Kill 100 Fabrindo Laborer and 50 Fabrindo Craftsman, both located in Fabrindo.
Talk to Rindo Tan (Sundernian).
Talk to Fabrindo Foreman (Fabrindo). Receive a Other Half o'Crate.

Part 5

Turn the Other Half o'Crate in to Rindo Tan (Sundernian).
Get 15 each of Kiro of Titonoclasim (Gnawlers, Eyes of Burn Mountains), and Kiro of Kalter Liquid (Kalter Eyes of Burn).

Part 6

Talk to Rindo Tan (Sundernian).
Talk to Bando Tan (Tuntentian Administrative Wing).
Talk to Rindo Tan (Sundernian). Talk to Baurindo Foreman (Baurindo).
Talk to Rindo Tan (Sundernian).
Kill 100 Baurindo Laborer and 50 Baurindo Craftsman, both located in Baurindo.
