Trustee

Trustee's are other players accounts that you have limited access to. You may access their skills, explore (cannot attack DC mobs), Crew home, and crew adventure pages, you can also set a home if they haven't, and equip and un-equip items. Cannot access profiles or crew profiles from trustee accounts.
You must predetermine who can have access to your account through trustee by going to your:
Account Manager -> Edit Characters -> Edit Trustee Settings.

This system was added so joiners from your crew can join you into raids with out giving out your vital information(User name and Password).
You can see your entire list of trustees in your character pull down tab to the left of your point indicator.
