Start: talk to Trafficker Weston in statue of terrance in the center room

Objective: Kill 10 Rallis Wrecker 10 Rebel Assassin 10 Lyrist thief and give him the essence back

Solution: Kill 10 Rallis Wrecker 10 Rebel Assassin 10 Lyrist thief and give him the essence back (item he just gave you) once done he'll spawn Whirling Energy Star for you to kill (160 rage to attack him and very tought mob)
